$190,000 Verdict in Palm Beach County for soft tissue injuries

Attorney Brian W. Smith of the law firm of Smith & Vanture, LLP successfully negotiated a $190,000 Verdict for a 14 year old girl who was injured in a motor vehicle accident. She suffered soft tissue injuries but was unable to participate in cheerleading or scuba diving as a result of her injuries.
