A Peoria Man Suffers Head Trauma After Accident

A Peoria man was traveling through an intersection when he was involved in an accident causing extreme trauma to his head and neck. He was then taken by ambulance to the hospital. As a result of the accident his car was totaled and towed from the scene.  The accident caused him to slam his head into the steering wheel leading to severe head trauma. Once at the hospital he received 48 staples and 50 stitches 10 inches long in his head. He was not at fault for the crash and was driving at the correct speed limit when the collision occurred. After receiving testimony and researching the accident we were able to get significant reductions from the insurance company. In the end our client was very happy with the settlement and was able to return back to his life and family
