Established in 1998 by founding principals Antonio M. Romanucci and Stephan D. Blandin, Romanucci & Blandin LLC. provides clients with experienced, technically advanced and sensitive representation in catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death and workers' compensation claims.
The firm has a team of six attorneys with expertise in and out of the courtroom – in only two areas of the law: tort litigation and workers' compensation. Romanucci & Blandin litigates cases involving construction negligence, traumatic brain injury, burn and fire related claims, aviation disaster, medical negligence, transportation negligence (railroad, trucking, bus and auto) and product liability (pharmaceutical, defective products and machinery), and represents clients in workers compensation cases.
Our track record of taking cases to trial and securing multi-million dollar verdicts, in appropriate cases, has assisted us in maximizing settlements on behalf of those clients who have suffered catastrophic injuries or the loss of a loved one.
Our mission is to serve justice and restore lives, one case at a time. In this regard, members of our firm work aggressively and tirelessly as Board members and Officers of numerous legal industry groups and not for profit organizations, to help bring about changes that can have a profound impact on the lives of those who have suffered.
The Romanucci & Blandin pledge to clients:
• We will devote our full attention and resources behind each individual case without the distraction of unrelated legal matters.
• We are committed to serve clients in a professional and confident manner working to maximize your right to full and fair compensation.
• We will use our skill and judgment in advocating a rigorous legal position while maintaining a dignified demeanor.
