Marcus is board certified by the Florida Bar as a specialist in Civil Trial Practice and has had some of the largest medical malpractice jury verdicts in Northwest Florida. His assistants are Yolanda Garrett, Angie Bainter and Sharon Goshorn.
Booth, Rainey Cawthon
Rainey is one of the few plaintiffs' attorneys in the country to focus exclusively on defective medical product and drug cases such as Rezulin. (Rezulin is an anti-diabetic drug that was removed from the market in the year 2000 due to liver toxicity). To date, Rainey, along with Houston-based attorney, Zoe Littlepage, has tried three of the six Rezulin cases to reach trial in the nation during 2001 and 2002. The verdicts returned in those cases totaled in excess of $37 million. He was recently featured in this Independent Florida Sun article.
