Marlin J. Grant, born Duchesne, Utah, December 5, 1956. Admitted to Bar: 1985, Utah.

Education: Brigham Young University (B.S., 1981); J. Reuben Clark (J.D., cum laude, 1985). Also spent one year at Gonzaga University of Law in 1983.
