About RUSSELL S. KERR
RUSSELL S. KERR has been a practicing attorney in Southern California since 1979. He is a principal with Kerr & Associates, an Orange County firm specializing in personal injury litigation & international human rights. Mr. Kerr obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with honors in Political Science from Northeastern University in Boston. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree cum laude from Pepperdine University. Mr. Kerr received a Master of Laws degree in International Law from the University of San Diego Law School.
Mr. Kerr is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, recognizing trial lawyers who have demonstrated exceptional advocacy skill, experience and excellence and is the author more than thirty published articles on litigation and human rights. He is the past Chair of the American Bar Association Human Rights Committee and past Chair of the State Bar of California International Law Section. Jeffrey S. Sheldon has a law practice limited exclusively to personal injury litigation on behalf of injured parties. Mr. Sheldon is widely recognized as an experienced trial lawyer having handled over thirty five jury trials. Many of his favorable verdicts have exceeded six figures. Mr. Sheldon received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Colorado and received his Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law.
