Avelino & Associates prides itself on being a full service law firm that is always accessible to our clients. We work with the focus of attempting to obtain the maximum amount of settlement or verdict as efficiently as possible. However, our firm always proceeds with a willingness to proceed to trial, if necessary.
With an experienced support staff, Avelino & Associates has the wherewithal to do battle against the largest and best financed insurance companies and corporations. The firm represents clients and routinely litigates cases throughout the United States, in both State and Federal Courts, at both the trial and appellate levels.
Our fees concerning any personal injury/medical malpractice/mass tort claims are based upon a contingency arrangement that makes our services affordable to many of our clients who would not otherwise be able to afford our services based upon billable hourly rates. As such, our clients are not responsible for attorney’s fees regarding any personal injury/medical malpractice/mass tort claim unless our firm obtains a settlement or verdict in our clients’ favor. Avelino & Associates represents many types of injury cases including: soft tissue neck and back injuries, fractures, surgeries, wrongful deaths, and medical malpractice injuries.
