Our law firm was established in 1981. From its inception, the firm has concentrated its practice in representing people, rather than corporations. We represent individuals who have been injured as a result of an accident or defective product. We represent people who have disputes with their employer or have been discriminated against. We have also represented people who were victims of medical malpractice. We are proud to have made a difference in the lives of the 15,000 people who we had the privilege to represent. We like to think that our experience and legal talent helped achieve fair compensation to make up for the loss they have suffered.
Although our firm is located in Teaneck, we handle personal injury cases through New Jersey, New York and America. We have represent clients in small matters as well as large catastophic injury cases. We were part of the team of lawyers which took on the giant tobacco companies which resulted in a national settlement.
At the conclusion of your case, you will pay us a legal fee only if we are successfull. This is called a contingency fee. The amount which a lawyer can charge under such circumstances is regulated by the Court. If there is no settlement then there is no legal fee due. Its that simple.
In fact, all consultations regarding personal injury cases are free. At that consultation we tell you whether or not you have a case, or if pursuing your claim would make no sense.
We take extra pride in both our professional and support staff who are committed to understanding our clients issues and assisting them in sucessfully resolving their case. All cases are supervised or handled by a partner and our clients are always free to request another firm attorney to handle their case.
We also invest in technology to assist in the presentation of your case should it need to be presented to a Jury. Well prepared trial presentations and trial exhibits are appreciated by jurors wo recognize the extra efforts in helping them understand the unique issues of each case.
Part of a lawyers job is to gather the necessary facts in order prove a case. Ultimately, all cases are decided upon by their facts. We take pride in working with professional investigators and forensic photographers to preserve such evidence. The preseveration of evidence, in many cases, proves to be vital to the outcome.
Our philosophy is simple. We work for you and we prepare all cases to be ready to go to trial. However, few of our cases actually go to trial since there comes a point in time when a defendant accept responsibility for their actions and enter into a fair settlement. If however, they are unwilling to enter into a fair settlement which is acceptable to you, then in such event we take the case to trial and let a jury decide the appropriate resolution in a civil fashion. That's why its called the Civil Justice System.
Our formula for success has worked well for over a quarter of a century. It would be our honor and privilege represent you and your family.
