Personal Injury Law

If you've been injured and are not receiving the compensation you deserve, talk to Quinn, Ground and Banton.

We're concerned not only about our clients’ cases, but about their health and comfort. So, we consciously reduce your stress by dealing with insurance companies, collecting medical records, and encouraging you to receive all the treatment you need.

We'll represent you on a contingency basis--meaning if you don't receive compensation, neither do we. Yet, we're experienced at maximizing benefits for you.

Larger firms don't want your case unless it’s worth a lot of money, and they often settle cases too quickly. We encourage you to complete your medical recovery before we settle your case, and we've been able to get compensation for clients other lawyers have dropped.

Handling your case yourself can also be a problem because insurance companies want to pay as little as possible, and they sometimes won't even cover your medical expenses.

Talk to us. You'll find that we're accessible, responsive and experienced. At Quinn, Ground & Banton, we're committed to keeping you involved and informed about your case.

In property damage cases, we'll represent you at a reasonable hourly basis. And we specialize in understanding every aspect of your case because that impacts your  recovery.

At Quinn, Ground & Banton, we'll be honest with you about your alternatives and your chances of recovery. We have a reputation for integrity and a long list of satisfied clients.
